And we always have the Florida Supreme Court as a fallback if that doesn't work.
And if all else fails we will claim that Bush has no mandate to lead and throw monkey wrenches into anything he tries to do until we bring the whole country to it's knees and then we will offer our help to rebuild the mess that the Republicans created.

Because we're Democrats, and as long as the media let's us get away with it, we will.
